Andrew Spitler | Attorney

andrewAndrew completed his undergraduate degree from the Miami University School of Business. Following graduation he obtained a Masters in Business Administration and a Law Degree from the University of Toledo. During law school he was a summer clerk for Justice Alice Robie Resnick for the Ohio Supreme Court and worked at the firm of Spitler Huffman, LLP. Upon graduation Andrew practiced in the areas of Real Estate Law, Business Law and Estate Planning / Probate / Estate Administration for Spitler Huffman, LLP.

Upon relocating to Arizona, Andrew was retained as the managing attorney for Arizona for the Law Offices of Mark Lewis and Associates. Currently, Andrew is a partner with Titus Brueckner & Levine PLC. Andrew specializes in Real Estate Law, Business Law and Estate Planning / Probate / Estate Administration. With regard to Real Estate Law, he assists clients with short sales, foreclosures, loan modifications, deeds-in-lieu of foreclosure, title matters, tax appeals, HOA disputes and most other real estate related matters.

With respect to Business Law, Andrew assists clients in the formation, amendment and dissolution of limited liability companies, limited partnerships, corporations and sole proprietorships. Additionally, he can prepare contracts, review leases and handle most other business related transactions.

With respect to Estate Planning, Andrew concentrates on providing clients with superior advice for the efficient transfer of their wealth, probate avoidance, tax planning, creditor protection, and carrying out client desires with respect to their assets. In approaching estate planning as a transaction, he believes he believes proper estate planning should be viewed as an ongoing process that evolves as needs, goals, and family change in correlation with new estate planning tools and changes in the law.
